I’m building with AI, turning practical problems into tools. Here I share my current projects and the product ideas I’m exploring.
I’m working on two personal video workbenches to make recording and post-production easier. Both are still evolving and aren’t publicly available.

Taking shape
Bringing Chinese cultural knowledge and artistic traditions into playful, useful products, so people can discover the culture through everyday use and enjoyment.
Experimenting
Exploring how AI and creativity can help brands connect with people through engaging product experiences, opening up new possibilities for marketing and customer acquisition.
In development
Starting with the needs of taking products into international markets, observing trends, frustrations, and real feedback on social media to inform product decisions, content, and marketing.

Notes on experiments, decisions, and ideas taking shape as I build.
From the lab to pilot plants and commercialization, the same project needs different criteria at each stage. Could agents learn to recognize those shifts in decision-making too?
Running several agents at once, I discovered that my reading, judgment, and energy were what could not keep up. So I decided to give myself a break.
A development plan for a recording tool led me to think about business experience, workflow adjustments, and engineering details that may not need such elaborate solutions.
Is there something in work or everyday life that keeps getting in your way? Tell me what happens and what you’ve tried. Those experiences can help me decide what’s worth building next.
